Courses must meet UNC's established minimum enrollment threshold of 7 students. Refunds or placement in future courses will be offered to students for courses that do not reach minimum enrollment.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Anatomy & Physiology Refresher course DOES NOT fulfill the prerequisite requirements for Anatomy and Physiology. The course is non-transferable and specifically designed for those who have already taken Anatomy & Physiology courses and are wanting to be refreshed of the information or gain an introductory understanding prior to entering their educational pathway into nursing, medicine, physical therapy, etc. There are no laboratory components within these courses.
- This course is mandatory for students who would like to apply to the ADN program and their Anatomy and/or Physiology courses are seven years old or older.

I understand that the lab fee (if applicable) will be included in the total cost of the course. The lab fee is non-refundable after 14 days of enrollment.

Withdrawal after the start date of my course(s) will result in a prorated refund if I have completed 60% or less of the scheduled hours in the current period of attendance in the course(s). If I have completed 60% or more of the scheduled hours in the current period of attendance, I will not be eligible for a refund.
Prior to enrollment at United Nursing College, I understand that it is my responsibility to verify transferability of courses to other colleges or universities.
